- Will my entered data be save when I install an update?
- How can I delete entries (cuises, stages or log entries)?
- What about backups?

- How can I delete and reinstall JourSail?
For a short introduction you can press the (i) on the start screen of JourSail. For detailed information here is exactly the place to look for it.
The interface of JourSail is clearly structured and intuitive to work with. JourSail devides the data of your journal in three levels: cruise, stage and entry. Every entry summarises a bunch of different information like weather conditions, course, etc. You don't have to fill in all the fields but just use the ones you need - it's up to you to choose the format for your journal.
After having entered a cruise, you can send all information with a single touch on the envelop symbol to whatever mail address you like. You only need internet connection.
If you quit JourSail or an incoming call terminates it and you restart the application again, it will open exactly at the screen where you left. We didn't spare an effort to prevent the loss of your data.
Please also have a look into the manual of your iPhone or iPod Touch and make sure you are familiar with using iTunes.
